1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 One Account Policy. You may hold only one active account on the ye777 Platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ye777 reserves the right to close all related accounts and retain any applicable balance pending investigation.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and current address. ye777 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

2.5 KYC Verification. Before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, ye777 may require you to submit identity verification documents, which may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ye777 account credentials, including your username and password. ye777 will never request your password via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other communication channel.

3.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access or use your account, or use another person's credentials to access the Platform.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ye777 support immediately via the contact details set out in Section 15. ye777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.

3.4 ye777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Payments

4.1 All transactions on the ye777 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ye777 does not charge currency conversion fees; all PKR amounts displayed are the amounts received or dispatched.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. ye777 currently accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank internet banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your ye777 balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two business hours to reflect. ye777 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or network outages outside our control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests on verified accounts are typically processed within 30 to 120 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are prioritised. Withdrawals above 500,000 PKR may be subject to enhanced verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the ye777 compliance team following identity verification. ye777 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that you own and that have been obtained through legitimate means. ye777 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

5.1 ye777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback on live casino losses, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ye777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably determines that bonuses have been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative manner. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing coordinated bets with other players to guarantee bonus completion; and exploiting technical errors or system faults.

5.4 Promotions are offered at ye777's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or restricted at any time without prior notice.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All casino games and sports betting markets on ye777 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules.

6.2 RNG Certification. ye777's random number generator (RNG) based games are regularly tested for fairness and randomness by independent testing bodies. Results of all games are final once settled, subject only to the dispute resolution process in Section 13.

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes (card draws, roulette wheel spins) and are recorded by video. Once a live game round is declared complete by the dealer, the result is final.

6.4 Sports Betting. Settled sports bets, including cricket, La Liga football, Cockfighting, and all other markets listed on ye777, are final once official results are confirmed by the relevant governing body. ye777 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

6.5 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical fault during any game or betting session, ye777 will attempt to reconstruct the session using server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, any disputed wager will be returned to the player's balance in full.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ye777 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus requirements;

8. Intellectual Property

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content without prior written consent from ye777 is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ye777 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or third-party outages; (c) losses arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ye777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ye777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

10.1 ye777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration and receive a notification when it is reached;

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 ye777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account with or without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity; (c) your account is flagged by our automated risk management systems; or (d) you fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Upon account closure, any balance remaining after the resolution of pending transactions and any applicable bonus forfeiture will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 You may close your ye777 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 If you believe a game result, bet settlement, or account action is incorrect, you must raise a formal dispute with the ye777 support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

14. Amendments and Governing Law
